This Printer was bought from new 1 year ago, we have just started to use the printer and the printer screen display is showing "Cartridge Incorrect". this is with a replacement cartridge also, Can anybody tell me what i am doing wrong?

Hi there,
Lexmark X3480. Suddenely screen on the printer says ' incorrect cartridge ?' installed new cartridge, but printer screen continues to read ' incorrect cartridge' uninstalled driver software, reinstalled driver software. still no joy? no help in the troubleshooting guide, or anywhere else? PLEASE HELP.
