Usually
when touch screens don't work, it is due to water damage. You can bring
your phone to your carrier's nearest store and ask someone that works
there to check if your phone suffered water damage. They'll check the
inside of your phone. If that's the case, you'll probably have to buy a
new one. If you're insured this shouldnt be TOO expensive. But if you
bring it to the store and it's NOT water damage (perhaps a software issue), they should replace
