Can it be routed the exhaust gases to a 4 or 6 inch header and run it to an enclosed greenhouse for heat ?

I have a problem!my 2005 vento zip r3i turbocam scooter is getting fire and gas but it dose not want to run? an u please help me?

It has to start if it's sparking & getting fuel. Maybe the engine is not breathing properly, is the air filter blocked? Also try loosening the exhaust at the head, often the silencer becomes blocked with burnt two stroke oil & exhaust gases can't escape. By loosening the two header bolts/nuts, it lets the gases out. This is not a fix but merely trying to determine what the problem is.

There are a few converters on vehicles, to which are you referring, a torque converter or catalytic converter? If you are looking for the torque converter it is inside the bell housing of your transmissions, where the transmission bolts to the engine. The torque converter is basically a clutch for an automatic transmission. If it your catalytic converter, they are always in the exhaust system and normally close to the end of the manifold. If you are looking at your engine from the underside of the vehicle, you will see exhaust headers that are bolted onto the sides of the engine. there will be two in any v-series engine (v8), and many I6 engines. The headers converge to turn 8 pipes into 1 or 2, so mufflers can be used to quiet the exhaust. Depending on the year of the vehicle, it may have several catalytic converters. I have seen in some cases catalytic converters in the actual headers before the flange to the rest of the exhaust system, but this is rare. I am not familiar with your vehicle specifically, but generally the catalytic converters are close to the engine because they need temperature in order to do their job, which is to burn excess hydrocarbons after they leave your engine's cylinders, thus lowering greenhouse gas production. My best guess is that the catalytic converter is immediately after the exhaust headers in the main exhaust system. Just in case you don't know what you're looking for, the catalytic converter will be sort of football shaped and will have a sheet metal heat shield covering it if it hasn't been knocked off. I hope this helps.

We have a heating/cooling system (Bryant) located outside. The heating unit runs on propane gas. The unit exhausts hot air while running. I assume this is exhaust from the burning gas. I have wondered...

Carbon monoxide would not be good for the environment of an enclosed greenhouse.
A good analogy would be venting your car exhaust into the greenhouse.

Have to remove all the plastic shields

You shouldn't work on a/c unless your trained

You have no way of knowing how much refrigerant
you need & needing any, means you have a leak

It sounds as though there is a hole in the exhaust causing air to get in, when mixture is a bit too lean air will get in and fire as gases build up in the header pipes. Check for leaks in the exhaust and also intake, lean mixture is the problem

Im wanting to put headers on my 96 z71. What should i do with the tube running from the exhaust to front of intake

You need it! Thats part of the EGR system, If it doesn't have it then It will run like S***! They make headers that have provisions for the egr systems. That's the route that you need to go if you really want headers!

Loud Exhaust leak

I wouldn't run it like that until you get those bolt holes cleaned out. The exhaust gases will leak out and burn/melt stuff nearby and you run the risk of scorching an exhaust valve requiring a head-job. And a head-job isn't as much fun as it sounds like it would be.,,

Engine problems

If the exhaust manifold is running that hot, it means that combustion is taking place there instead of in the cylinders where it belongs.
It may be a fire hazard as well since EGRs are designed to withstand the high heat of the exhaust manifold and if it is hot enough to damage the EGR, it is hot enough to cause other problems.
If you drive it at night, look under the hood to see if the exhaust manifold or header are glowing.

By 'siloined' I think you meant to write 'solenoid' and to my knowledge, there is no such animal.
The EGR is controlled by engine vacuum and allows a small amount of exhaust gases to be routed to the intake which is supposed to decrease the amount of noxious gases the engine produces.
It is a mechanical device whereas a solenoid is electrical.

Unfortunately, it also can reduce gas mileage by a significant amount; 5-10% in my experience, even when operating as it should.

I don't know why running out of gasoline should cause the problem but it sounds as if your ignition timing is way late and I can't imagine that the truck runs as before and is probably eating gasoline too.

I suggest you have the ignition timing checked soon since you may destroy the catalytic convertor too (if it isn't already dead) or set fire to grass or weeds.
