This is a known issue for this model. Apparently, there was a batch of this model that was sent out faulty. Apparently there is no fix for this issue. But you can try this:

  • If your Sansa m240 is currently frozen, please remove the battery (to unfreeze it), then put it back in, and connect it to your Windows XP computer.
  • To format the Sansa m240 on your PC, connect the Sansa m240 to your computer on an USB port preferably located near the power hub or to an external self powered USB hub, go to My Computer, single right click on the Removable Disk associated with your Sansa m240, and select Format. Make sure that, under FILE SYSTEM, change FAT to FAT32, and then single left click Start. This will erase all data off the Sansa m240 and correct errors on it, which should make the Sansa m240 usable again. Doing this will erase everything in the player.
If these fail, contact Sansa.

I need help with my f150 truck. the silnoid (sp) was replaced then the started was replaced. now it won't stop turning over! what could it be? my husband is the one working on it...

Check back the wiring connection at the solenoid. Solenoid acts as a switch between the 2 terminals. When a solenoid engages, it makes a bridge between the other 2 terminals. There are 2 possible reasons: 1-Wrong connections cause bypassing the solenoid function controlling the connection from other terminals so current could continue flowing to the starter causing it keep turning. 2- Bad solenoid with a broken spring inside causing the bridge between the 2 terminals conducting a current all the time for starter to keep turning. If checking the connection correct then replace the solenoid.

Protect delay is in the relay and not adjustable as to delay time.
I would not worry unless no sound then may have to replace relay.
