the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

SOURCE: I have acer aspire 3002lci . I want restore

The ALT+F10 routine should work if the ALT key is held down and the F10 key is repeatedly depressed before and during the Acer logo display.
If you still have a working M/C then the recovery routine can be accessed from START / ALL PROGAMS and selecting Acer Empowering Technology and then Acer recovery Management.
This might differ a little because you have a netbook

SOURCE: restore factory settings to acer aspire laptop

Unlike other laptops, Acer laptops integrate a computer management utility called 'Acer eRecovery Management' to create backup of hard drive data, create restore point, reinstall applications & drivers, and reset Acer laptop to factory setting.

Step 1: Before starting your Acer laptop, ensure that there is no external storage device attached to it. Now start your laptop.

Step 2: Press 'Alt + F10' when the laptop starts booting, and wait for a moment while Windows loads the reset files.

Step 3: When 'Acer eRecovery Management' window appears, select 'Restore System from factory default' and click 'Next' to continue.

Step 4: Again click 'Next' to reset your Acer laptop. This process will erase all data from your hard disk and reset your Acer laptop to original factory settings.

Step 5: Click 'OK' in the notification window to begin the the resetting operation. Now wait while your Acer laptop is reset to factory settings.

Tips: You can also create a backup copy of your laptop data before factory reset. Simply click 'Backup' in 'Acer eRecovery Management' window.

My acer aspire 3002lci pc notebook comes on with the acer logo and then goes black. if i hit f2 when the logo comes on, i have lots of options, what can i try?

If this is the first time you have seen this, it maybe because of an incomplete Windows update, when you see the Acer logo, start tapping F8, you will see a black screen with multiple options in white text. The first thing to try is arrow down and select "Last Good Configuration", try to boot the machine up with this setting. If it does great, if it doesn't, try to boot the machine in "Safe Mode with Networking". If safe mode boots up, then you can run virus and malware scans, or use system restore to run the computer back a few days before you had the problem.

To use system restore, click the start button on the task bar > choose programs > accessories > system tools > system restore.
Open system restore and a list of restore points will be visible, choose a restore point back a day or two before the problem. hit ok to the prompts, the computer will reboot and system restore will start, when it is finished it will tell you if the restore was successful. It will not delete any personal files or anything like that.

Internal Speakers Are Not Found

When you say you have to re-install them, are you actually installing the sound drivers from the acer restore programme or cd, or are you just letting windows find them(the sound driver) each time you go through the process of deleting them. Try installing drivers from the acer website to see if there is any newer driver versions http://support.acer-euro.com/drivers/notebook/as_3000_5000.html If it continues, you may have to restore the original laptop settings back to factory default, assuming it hasn't done this since the day of setup, but make sure you back up all settings and documents to cd or dvd first.
