Your first step is to find out which phone system you have. Your phone can connect to several different Toshiba phone systems and knowing the part number of the phone does not narrow it down any.
Also, if you are looking to change voice mail features like mailboxes, recordings, etc.. you may also need to know which model voice mail you have and find a completely separate manual for that.
