Question about DeLonghi EAM3500 Espresso Machine/Coffee Maker
It is always difficult to diagnose without seeing the machine but it sounds to me that it is a seal somewhere further that may have gone or the pipe inside may have a small hole drawing air in. It could also be the pump not drawing the milk through etc etc...
Can you tell me where you are? I am an agent for DeLonghi based in Glasgow/UK and would be able to fix this easily and quickly for you if you could get the machine to my workshop. Please get in touch if you would require further assistance at email@example.com
All the best
