That is the problem of washing machine!
Check ur DRAiN valve and solenoid!
Either ur DRAiN valve stuck OPEN because of those DEBRiS from ur clothes or coins from ur pants!

When I attached the drainage hose from the machine to the drain pipe beneath my laundry sink, the water in the machine flows out whilst it is filling

This is because that loop of drain previously was keeping the water from draining. Try tying the hose to the back of the unit and then down to the pipe under the sink. Like an upside down "U"

Water collecting under the machine during a wash which is not due to a leak

I had one that would spin water over the top of the drum during the wash cycle once, even with low water level. There are actually brake shoes/pads that add resistance, so the agitate won't over spin before it changes direction. I don't remember them being too difficult to install.

Hi there i am using lg wf-f712pc a top load washing machine and today i realised that the water did not drained out and the machine refused to spin after washing.... when i forcefully tried to turn the...

Your machine won't spin because it can't drain.
You probably have a blocked drain hose or a faulty/blocked pump.
If you put the drain hose below the water level in the machine it may run by gravity. If it does flow this way it would show that the hose is not blocked (completely).
Make sure the machine is empty before continuing.
NOTE! Unplug machine from power supply!!
There is probably a small cover near where the drain comes out of the machine. Unscrew this cover and you will expose the pump filter, which may be (partially) blocked. Check for coins or similar which may be jamming the impeller blades..
NOTE! Any water in the machine will flow from here!!
TIP! Lean the machine forward to help contain the last of the water in the tub.
If the drain hose is clear and the pump is still not draining the machine you may have a failed pump motor.
Pump motor replacement is not a big job for an experienced tech.
Good luck....Nomess

It would seem to me that the heating element needs replacing from the information you have supplied especially as it performs most of the other functions like filling and spin and drain.
Good luck

After water drains, it slowly comes back and fills in the drum over time.

Use the attached video to show you how to access the inside of the machine.Ignore the other parts other than access and re-assemly.

Hotpoint Aquarius wd440 washer/dryer wont pump out water HELP!

hold the start button for 5 seconds this should clear previous program. then select drain on your dial. press start as normal and machine will drain. if this does not work the only other remedy is with help, making sure the end of the drain hose is higher than drum at all times take machine outside, lean it back at 45 degrees agaist a wall with a towel or similar covering lid to stop scratching . working from underneath loosen the large jubillee clip that connects the drum to pump drain hose to the drum. As the drum is overfull there is no recepticle large enough to fit under so just let water just flow away. Dry every thing off. make sure you don't loose ping pong ball in filter and make sure filter is clear. refitting is reverse of removal

I have had the same problem. I unplug the washer for a couple of hours and then run the rinse/spin cycle and it takes care of the problem. I've had my machine for 2 1/2 years and this problem started exactly after the first year ended. The first time it happened, I called for repair but before the repair guys came I tried this and so far it has worked. It happens about every few months.iIt's a pain but so far no repair guy bill, yet.

Calypso - water goes straight to drain hose-not drum

the hose may still be filled from last cycle. try to put machine in final spin mode where all water from previous wash will be spun out the drain hose. once a siphon is started it can only be stopped by introducing air into the drain hose.
