I dont want a 'Sales Pitch' I'm looking for standard precautions to include in a PO to protect me from buying a compressor..
I want to know acceptable up-time standards and 'Response' times etc...
what level of spares and critical parts to include etc etc...

Sorry Joe, I'm not looking for a sales pitch.........
I want good comments that i can add into a PO so that it protects us against any breakdowns etc, I should be getting at 6 bar pressure for 98% of the available time with a response time of less than 6 hours in the event of a breakdown etc...

Should I buy used or new ac compressor for 2005 Ford 500?

Considering the trouble and expense of changing it, I would not buy a used one. I would look for a rebuilt one with a warranty.

Buying a new a/c compressor in the summer is so expensive. Is there anywhere I can buy a repair kit that will get me through the rest of summer so I don't have to spend so much money?

Walmart sells a great temporary repair kit that should last through the rest of the summer months and come winter, you can look into finding a more permanent replacement for you're a/c compressor that will not be as expensive.

CAN I PUT A/C ON MY 89 MITSUBISHI MIGHTY MAX CAUSE IT DONT HAVE NONE AT ALL?IF SO HOW MUCH AND WHAT DO I NEED TO BUY.

Hi,

Short answer - Yes......BUT......

It will be TERRIBLY, HUMUNGOUSLY, ASTRONIMICALLY EXPENSIVE !!!

When buying this vehicle brand new, you could request 'factory' aircon option for around $1,000 - $2,000.

To attempt to install all the components 'aftermarket' would be several thousand dollars.

You would require additional aircon radiator/condensor, all piping (engine bay + dash), compressor, evaporator...then charge with refrigerant etc....the list goes on !!

It would be cheaper to buy same vehicle with aircon already factory installed.

Cheers,

I have a dynex tv . Next month i will leave usa then go to thailand . I knew that they use pal signal . How can i use dynex tv inthailand

Thailand not only uses PAL instead of NTSC, it has 220V mains AC at 50hz compared to 110V mains AC at 60Hz.

Your TV is an ultra budget badge engineered model for the USA only, and there are almost no technical details about it published in the Public Domain. It may very well have a universal receiver built in capable of working wherever it's used worldwide, but it's far less likely to have a universal power input. Despite the brand name and model number, it may have been made by any one of dozens of different factories using different internal parts.

Unless you can find the technical data in the instruction book to confirm that it will be OK on PAL and 220V, 50Hz then you'll only really find out when you get to Thailand, and if it doesn't work you'll either damage your TV or simply have a useless and unsellable TV. Given the freight costs, the risk of damage from such a long journey, and how cheap TV's are to buy in the Far East, I'd strongly recommend that unless you're 100% certain it will work you should sell the TV in the USA and buy another in Thailand.

Hello :

to unlock your phone , you need to restore factory settings .
Here is the way :
Switch-off your phone.

1. Press and hold 3 keys; Green dial key, * Star key, no. 3 key on keypad and then press the power on/off to switch on the phone.

Remember, do not let go the 3 press and hold keys until you see a formatting word screen show!

"knocking noise from the compressor

If the noise is actually from the compressor then the spring inside is broke and the entire compressor needs replacement. Usually a $500.00 job.
