Question about Acer Aspire 55345410 Notebook
Please check in the BIOS if the battery is working fine or not.
How to go into the BIOS mode?
Restart your system and keep pressing the F2 function key till the time you see the BIOS mode.
Under the system information you will also see battery information and battery health, check the status their of the battery and also for the adaptor. If under the battery information it says that the ' Battery is at the end of it's life', then you need to purchase a new battery or, If it says 'plugged in not charging', restart your system and then remove the battery once and remove the power-adaptor also. When there is no power in the laptop, press the power button for about 15-20 seconds. Then plug the adaptor and the battery and power-up your laptop.
If the problem remains the same try changing the battery and if it doesn't work also then the problem is with the mother-board.
Please let me know the error you see under the battery information menu.
Hope it helps. Thanks and Regards Anand Sachan
