Question about Computers & Internet
Thanks for your suggestion, but unfortunately the problem wasn't solved. If I provide you with a little more information as to the problem would you be able to help me furhter.
The P.C. is a fresh build, upon completing the build I power up the P.C. and all components appear to function as they should with the obvious exception of the I/O ports, having plugged in all of the required hardware e.g. mouse/monitor/keyboard/speakers before powering up. The CPU doesn't appear to recognise them at which point I have no choice to switch off the P.C. and acquire help having no on screen opitons due to the monitor not being recognised.
The motherboard and processor, however are the only NEW parts, the rest of the components have been removed from another P.C.. Would used/second hand components (all working) affect a new build (or the I/O ports) and the initial start up RE: First time CPU component check etc?
Help I'm at my wits end LOL
Look forward to you reply by return
