In general unplug it, go outside, remove any slip out tray from underneath and shake toaster, also turn it upside down and shake it, dont touch the elements or poke near them and wipe down the outside with mild detergent/hot water mix.

I need the same part, Bravetti won't sell me the timer as they say it is a non-consumable part but they will fix it if you send it to them. FAIL!!

yea you can bake sweet potato in it on the pan 30 min. on each side.

The only way to get OEM parts for that is to Contact Euro-Pro by phone at (800) 798-7398. I called them and they do not sell internal parts for their products, but they will fix it for you for $27.00 plus $16.95 shipping, maybe the shipping to you would be less. You must pay for the shipping to them as well.
Other then that you will have to replace it..
