Question about Emerson MW8991SB Microwave Oven
For this kind of problem, most likely, your microwave has a bad magnetron.
If you have a knowledge in electronics, you may open your microwave (if it's already out of warranty), and check for any busted fuse. But if you could not find any busted fuse, contact the manufacturer for second opinion.
But as I mentioned, the possible cause of this problem is bad magnetron.
