You MP3 player will be supplied with USB cable. Attach the cable to the MP3 player and plug the other end of the cable into a computer's USB port.
The computer will see this as an removable device, you can then open this device and copy mp3 music files from your computer and paste these files into your MP3 player.

Usually it should be plugged in, on the usb port of your computer. You will need a usb cable supplied by the manufacturer

How do I download music to my Sansa Clip MP3 Player

First, you have songs into your computer. Then, plug the device to computer and use one of two ways to download music to your Sansa Clip:
1. Select songs you want transfer, drag & drop them into Music folder in the device.
2. Use Windows Media Player: plug device to pc, open windows media player, click on Sync tab, drag and drop songs selected to Sync List space (on the right side of wmp), click on Start Sync button to transfer.
Good luck

I am trying to transfer music onto my bush mp3 it is saying device has stopped but i have got it plugged in .can you help me please?

Try reflashing the firmware for your device you can find the latest firmware and flashing utilities from the Coby website. Make sure that you back your music up first because when you do this you are setting it back to factory settings.

then follow these instructions to add music;
**Drag and Drop**
Connect your MP3 player to the computer. Some MP3 players connect directly to a USB port, while others connect to a USB port by way of a specific USB connector that comes with the MP3 player. Open the folder on the computer that contains the music files you want to transfer. This is usually the "My Music" folder, available from the "Start" menu, but it can be any folder where you save your music files. Scroll down to the song you want to transfer to the MP3 player. Right-click on the title. When the options are displayed, click on "Send To." Scroll down the "Send To" options and select your MP3 player. This can be listed as your MP3 player's name or as "Removable Drive." Click on this selection. Continue this process until you have transferred all songs that you want to your MP3 player.
--**Windows Media Player**--
If you have a large playlist to transfer, you may prefer to do it from your media player, such as Windows Media Player. Once your MP3 player is connected to the computer, open Windows Media Player. Click on the "Sync Music" tab. Drag songs that you want from your Windows Media Library over to the "Sync Music" column to create a playlist. Click the "Begin Sync" tab at the bottom once you have all of the songs on your playlist. This action will sync all of the songs to your MP3 player with one click. Disconnect your device once songs have been transferred by clicking on the "Safely Remove Hardware" icon in the bottom-right side of the desktop tray.

Hi i got a mp3 sub player but have no idea how to get music on to it ....im blond and old lol damn nothing going for me here hahahah

The player appears as a USB mass storage device (a portable hard drive) in Windows Explorer (under my computer icon on desktop). You can organize files, and transfer music to your player during USB connection (after you connect the mp3 player with the USB cable came with the mp3 player to the computer. There may be installation automatically start when you first plug it in for the first time, so wait til windows tells you the device you plugged in is ready to be used).
Transfer music
1 Click and highlight one or more songs to transfer between your player and your
computer.
2 Use drag and drop actions to complete your transfer.

Hope this helps you. What version of windows do you have?

Transfering songs

-Plug in your mp3 player

-Go into 'Limewire', select a song and go 'Locate file/Open Containg Folder', you should be in your folder with all your songs. or go 'My Music' and find your music files.

-Either select all your songs, open them with 'Windows Media Player' and transfer them that way.
-Or 'Open My Computer' then open 'Sansa e200' and drag the songs from where your songs are located [My Music] to the 'Music' folder in your Sansa e200 folder.

[MyMusic] Song.mp3 >drag to> [MyComputer/Sansa] Music.
