By removing power and opening the top cover soak a dry cloth onto the long pad beneath the head assembly.
Also to prevent it from hapenning again and also if you use the printer a lot,
On the back side of the printer there is a small cover with a screw on it. after removing it you'l see a rubber pipe. gently pull it out from the bottom and direct it to any external container (e.g. small bottle)
