Question about Computers & Internet
I hope someone can help me,
My laptop was trying to do a configuration update but the battery ran out before it was complete. Now when i turn it on it says 'configuration update 3 of 3 0% complete. Do not turn of computer.' it then shutsdown and restarts saying the same thing, it just does this over and over again.
It lets me enter setup but nothing i've done has helped.
You may need to boot from a system disk and follow prompts to reconfigure from there. There is no way to tell which drivers or devices it was configuring when interrupted, so booting from the disk and starting with reconfigure from there should help.
Good luck, I am sure you will be able to resolve this.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
