Question about Washing Machines

Is it possible for a washing machine motor or other part to leak anything toxic such as any lubricants or other solutions?

Yes, there are bearings and they use grease, so when they die, grease escapes. usually this or rust is all that happens in the tub, which I presume is your issue.

Below the machine there are more items, but they do not affect the inside of the tub..
the transmissions have lube that drips under the machine, and belts leave a really black material around...

Disconnect the power locate the motor. Remove the belt. the seal round the cap on the filter is possibly damaged solution is new filter housing or complete pump assydo not overtighten they are fairly straight forward to fit hope this helps

Finding a non-toxic lubricant

It would be fine to use a "toxic" lubricant as long as it wasn't oil based. Also, run the washer at least three to four times empty before using it on dishes.

Airpot problems

Lube the moving parts with crisco shortning. See if it is leaking air. The crisco should seal and lube it. Also using crisco wont cause any issues with a lubricant that is toxic.

Older model washer will not ajataite

Possible that there is no output to the motor from the program controller while the cycle come to the mode of spin/wash.
You need to check the voltage to the motor, if there is no voltage the controller is faulty. If the motor hums then check for faulty capacitor or FRICTION on the spindle. If so remove and reset with lubrication.

Error code e7 on trojen staminia 310 - already tried switching off and on again. I washed machine and mistakenly got the motor wet.
