My tv look like the pic is blery and dark the color seems to be to bright sometimes like its got a haylo

If the screen is too dark on the TV or the brightness keeps on continuing to change then the problem here is with the Energy Saving mode settings. By default the TV does set the Energy Saving to Auto, which means that the TV will automatically by it's self does adjust the screen brightness depending on the brightness of light it detects.

The set should have in the on screen customer menu settings for brightness, contrast, color, tint etc.

If in doubt consult the owner manual which will have instructions.

Sounds like the small front mirror needs cleaning, as that will make the pic appear very dull looking and dim brightness.

Have a 40" Dynex LCD TV...Has been workin ok but i just turned it on today and pics are dark and yet all pics settings are ok. Pics are still dark even when i increase brightness from menu.

Are you using a lens hood? Is your ISO set too high?

Tries turn the backlight higher,the brightness higher,in ur menu,no different,change the Pic Bulb.

Fuzzy,blury picture in CRT tv tube.Tv in long use not repairable.Tv tube is dying,it junk.

If this is a CRT-based TV and it's been played most of the time, you may have a bad picture tube, especially if strong red colors bleed to the right. CRT's dim with use, unlike LCD or plasma. But it could also be trouble in the video circuits - none of this falls into the DIY category, unfortunately. High voltage involved, unless you're comfortable around it and want to try turning up the screen controls inside the TV. If you do, let me know - but "no response at all" from the external adjustments points to a more serious problem.

Your set may have one or more of the following symptoms....

*Dull looking picture
*White looking picture
*Halos around objects
*Red/Orange looking picture
