Hi,
The use of the self destruct feature is something that has caused many problems. Most of the time the problem is that the oven will not unlock. For you this may be better but then maybe not.....
The first thing to do is to turn off all the power to the unit at the breaker. This may reset the control of the oven and stop the fan. However if two of the wires are melted together this will have no effect and the fan will start again when power is applied. If there are wires melted together then finding the problem could be difficult, the wires often go places unseen and inspection can be difficult. A person familiar with the use of an OHM meter will have to isolate the problem and then find and replace the wires which can be very time consuming.
To bad that many brands incorporate this feature simply as a way to sell more product....
Here is a tip that I wrote also and it may help but it is more specifically geared towards the unlocking problem....
Self Cleaning Oven Problem

Hi
You can set the unit on self cleaning and then after 15
minutes stop the cycle, let it cool down for an hour and then open the door. If
the issue remains then you'll have to replace the door lock assembly, then you
can open the door with a coat hanger by pulling the latch towards you. Hope
this helps...please post back for further assistance.
