Question about Samsung SGH-A877 Impression Cell Phone
The trick to it is that you cannot fix that yourself. It's a manufacturing problem, because they create them so many at a time. The screen is prone to go out and sometimes when multimedia won't send you can 1] Take the battery and sim card out, leave it out, and put it back in after a hour or so, reboot, and it works absolutely great. 2] If 1 does not prove successful then if you have a warranty on the phone they will either try to fix it, or replace it with another. I hope you get your problem solved swiftly. I have gone through several of these, and there are only so many solutions. Good luck.
