Question about Apple MacBook Air
Take RAM chips out and re-insert firmly. Make sure you got the max RAM chips in each bay and buy quality RAM chips made by Samsung or Crucial or OWC. Also, turn power on and immediately press option-apple logo which is right next to the option key-the letter P- and the letter R all at the same time. A bong noise will come from nowhere like your in a monastery. Keep holding down all the keys until you hear the 3rd bong and then you can let go. This resets the power manager. See if that don't help you any. Also, go into system prefs, select account, select your account on the left side, select login items, then click and highlight on each item, and then press the - button on the screen. Your not deleting these programs-just keeping them from booting when you power on. Sometimes these programs interfere with bootup.
