Question about Yamata FY900 Mechanical Sewing Machine
Hi usually when an auto threader jams in the out position the problem is the small hook that passes through the eye of the needle is getting caught in the needle. Use a magnifying glass to check if the small hook is caught in the needle eye or jammed on the side of the needle. With the power off and disconnected you should be able to unhook it and manually push the threader back then Check the needle is the right one and fitted correctly, check the threader by slowly bringing the threader by hand to just behind the needle it should be lined up to pass through the eye without touching it if the small hook is bent or damaged it needs to be replaced and adjusted
