Question about Acer Aspire T135 PC Desktop
There could be several reasons why this is happening. The drive could be dead, if it's an old computer. If it's just jammed somehow, you can force it open using a special technique. Find a paper clip and unfold it so that you have a few inches of straight wire. Find a very small hole on the front face of the CD unit. Push that paper clip inside. It should force-eject the drawer for you.
