i have a couple of suggestions you should try
1) check to see that the cables in back are plugged
2) if that does not work open up the pc and checked to see if the power connections inside are secured
the power supply is a gray block usually with a with a big cooling on it
check to see that the cables (usually red yellow and black) are secured into each component on your motherboard (the largest circuit board)
if not gently take the cable out (do not rock them out as you could damage a connection) and firmly attach them
