If the computer is able to see wireless signals but is unable to connect, it is most likely an issue with the card, which unfortunately is internal. It could just be the driver - go to support.dell.com, punch in your service tag and download the wireless driver for your PC and install it. If that does not work, reboot your wireless router. If that still does not work, it's the hardware and cheapest option is to a get USB wifi adapter.

The first thing to do, before you plug the receiver in, is to install the driver. (It should have come on a CD-ROM with the mouse.) Once you've installed the driver, turn the mouse on and plug the receiver in, and you should be good to go!
Uninstall the software you installed for the printer.connect the printer acording to the instruction you have once you have completed the instalation you should be able to unplug and conect via the wireless interface.go to installed printer look at the port it should be conected to a tcp port.

your laptop must have wireless adapters and you should be using a wireless router or a wireless access point. if you're already using those devices, your laptops should automatically detect the wireless signal (look for the wireless icon, ususally it's located at the bottom right hand corner of your screen if you are using windows but if you're using mac, you need to enable the airport) and you just need to connect to it (note: you should enter the correct wireless password/network key if it's enabled on your wireless router).
