Go to the NAVMAN web site, download the manual as a PDF file and print it out.
I just picked up one of these from Radio Shack the other day. I did some snooping in instruction manuals for other Navman products (primarily the F10) and found a stateside phone number: 1-866-9NAVMAN. I called the number and explained that I was looking for a more detailed users manual for the F15. They told me it was their newest model and the manual (and other info) hadn't been posted to their website yet, but they'd send a copy of the manual directly to me. I'd suggest calling the number above and trying the same.
Just for giggles, I connected this device to my computer using a USB cable. Not only did it recharge the battery, but browsing through the folders seems to show there is a TON of flexibility possible on this device (adding different color schemes, tones, possibly unlocking other functions, etc.)
Update to my last post:
As promised, Navman sent me a copy of the users manual. It arrived about 1 hr. after my phone call. Just for some additional background info for the curious at heart, Navman and Mio are both owned by a company called MiTAC International Corporation. The document came from an email at that domain. If this early experience with thier technical support is any indication of what their long-term support will be like, count me as positively influenced!
