Question about Computers & Internet

1 Answer

Hi, My Cannon IP4500 has been working fine but it now flashes the green power light and orange warning light alternately when turned on. The orange light flashes twelve times then it momentarily pauses and starts again. The printer will not accept any print jobs whilst this is happening. I have looked in the manual and on line help guides and have not had any luck as yet. Any help would in finding a cure would be really appreciated. Many thanks, lou

Hai
If its trying to make some mechanical sound, try putting some A4 size papaer in the tray so that to finish any incomplete printing work.
