I have a knology cable remote and a emerson hd tv and the codes knology has wont work with he emerson tv

I have the 32 inch, & the emerson code worked with my Atlas remote from my cable company, wide open west.

When I contacted them, they had no clue, but found the suggestions on the internet & it worked.

Try them again, maybe one of them will work.
