I'm using an intel chipset G41 express in my pc but I don't know why each time I change my system, my graphic memory(1G) used decrease , first 700mb with win7 64bit and now it's became 256

Hello download the right drivers here:

http://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&ProductFamily=Desktop+Boards&ProductLine=Intel%C2%AE+4+Series+Chipset+Boards&ProductProduct=Intel%C2%AE+Desktop+Board+DG41RQ

Or install a better graphic card, in the pci-e slot on the mainboard for better performance.

The onboard graphic, is useing the physical ram on the mainboard to operate.

Support for up to 8 GB of system memory.
Support for DDR2 800 or DDR2 667 MHz DIMMs

Good luck

MY PACKARD BELL PIV HAS N1996 MOTHER BOARD and no display is comming

MY PACKARD BELL PIV HAS N1996 MOTHER BOARD I cant see any display on my screen when i turn on my computer. But it looks it has read all the information from harddisk and loaded the operating system. but on screen i cant see any raster i.e. display.

First At this time u observe one thing check the Numlock Status if it is ON/OFF (Glow ) in Keyboard when u pressing the  Numlock key, the system is giving display check with pci vga card.

If not u  remove the Ram module and heard the Beepsound,if Beep is comming Clean the Ram & Ram slot the try it again
If not check with another Ram module.

If it is also not problem u clear the CMOS once and check it
