Spinning problem in my machine

Hi,

my machine is 9yrs old and since few days while spinning the water dosent drain out of the machine.

Kindly advice on the same .

    I have the same problem and the door also locked strangely after wash cycle completed! any one knows how to solve?

    The spinning cycle stops , Door locked and can not take the cloths out of the machine I get an error message E: 04

Amana washing machine will not spin. It agitates & the water drains out fine.

May be the spinning coil is short circuited kindly replace the motor even if you find the same probelm means then you are suppose to change the operational panel

Your machine most probably has had water in the spin bearing. The seal has worn and allowed water to rust the ball bearings which are no longer smooth...Hence the noise! A fairly major job which could also need a new shaft and inner drum. Get quotes, but be prepaired. Too much detergent can also speed up seal failure......Good luck....Nomess

Will not drain the water and spin


this unit will not spin until the water is drained. your pump is jammed or faulty.if u r confident, remove and clean pump.please turn off power b4 u work on it do want any accidents . please reply if u need more help

Washer leaks during spin cycle


hi sir, if water leaks during the spin cycle please check the following:
  • Check the drain control lever
  • Test the drain control coils
  • Check the cam bar
  • Test the timer control
mostly water leaks due to the above problems. kindly check them.

Fisher & paykel fill up with water then


Yep it sounds like another electronics panel has failed.
We never had this much trouble in the old days with the old electric timer machines.

Machine will not drain water or spin


hi..Most washing machine have a drain filter that can become
clogged over time.Front load washers typically have a small
removable panel about the size of a half sheet of paper on the
bottom front of the machine.the filter is inside.

Is the machine draining the water out? The machine will not spin unless the water is pumped out.
