I got a problem too with my SBC HC 135. I never use it before, i found it in my brother's cabinet. I tried to connect the adapter (which is have 5(if im not mistaken) red lights) to the socket. and all the lamps are lit. then i tried to turn on the headphone, but the lamp is not lit. i got a little confuse about how to use this thing. What should i do?

There are batteries in the headphones which could be flat. The side that has the on off switch opens up. It can be very tight as mine was. It has 2 AA batteries. Hope this helps.

Have Philips wireless headphones SBC HC 8445. Batteries appear to be charging and there is power. Works on left side but no sound on right side.

The speaker on the right side of the headphone is dead and shorted or might have lose wiring requiring repairing like resoldering or just tapping on the right on the right side it headphone might work.

Batteries for Philips wireless headphones

Actually, look at the Philips SBC HB550S battery, the black label on battery isn't going to the end of the battery's "-" side, there's few millimetres of solid metal. Look at other, ordinary rechargeable battery, for ex duracell's. This other battery has label all over battery (from "+" to "-"). So only thing you have to do to make any batteries work with you have to cut and remove this label from battery you want to use from the "-" side of the battery, about 1-2 cm, like philips one has. It's because these headphones have this extra clip in battery sockets, philips wants us, customers, to buy those extra-expensive batteries. That's as simple as it is! Hope it helps you, it definitely helped me.

Not working

Check if the power signal in the base turns on. If not two things can be appening. The base or it's transformer is damaged, or the output jack of you soundboard is dead. Check the sound form the soundboard with some regular headphones to find the source of the problem.
Make sure that the base and the wireless phones are on the same channel and you batteries are fully charged.
