Question about Uniden DECT 6.0 Cordless Telephone Expansion Handset
If you don't want to send it back, you may do the fix all by yourself ! Take the top panel of and you will see a set of wires connected to all the keys on the keypad. See the loosely connected wire that goes to the 6 and tighten it. Be careful not to disturb other wires, as it may cause further damage. Now put the panel back and see if it is working. If you have done it correctly, it will work fine for sure.
