Repair of my refrigerators which is in my warranty period

Dear sir ,
it is to inform u that i have given u complain of my refrigerators , there is nobody to solve it . so pls do it as soon as possible .otherwise i shall go to court of law.

Bought Bush fridge freezer 13 months ago. fridge broke down twice with same problem. defrost timer. Can i complain to bush


you can ask again for it to be looked at repaired
even if it is out of warranty
fixed twice during warranty period (for free i hope )

if point of sale will not refund or repair or replace fridge freezer

you will need lots of paper work receipts of repairs and calls and conversations made etc etc
then you have to take the company /manufacturer of the bush fridge freezer to small claims court and try to get money back

If you read the fine print of a warranty, they only promise to give you a working model not a new one. That is true of almost all warranties. The only way I know to get a new one is to try the shop where you bought it.
Acer customer service, as you have found, is not the best.

IF is the Ice Fan failure code.  The fan that sends cold air to the ice maker is frozen.  Unplugging and defrosting does not solve the problem.  Mine was fixed as a warranty item when I complained to LG since I had a similar problem earlier with the refrigerator fan within the warranty period.  The fix consists of replacing the ice maker fan and housing (the new housing has a drain hole to prevent freeze-up), replacing the freezer duct housing (again with design improvements), and a new control board (presumably with new defrost programming).

Unfortunately that is a failure in the display electronics and is repairable only by replacing the display panel. I don't know what the warranty period is for this model, but check your purchase date and the warranty information. If the thing is just recently out of warranty maybe the manufacturer will work with you on a solution. Or you can contact them anyway and ask. Sometimes if you complain loud enough it works wonders.

do one thing dear go to the motorola centre and ask for the mail id of regeional office, they have to give it to u, if they don't give go to motorola's site and than findout the mail id or mobikle no. of the regional centre, and mail them or call them that u have allready given ur problems details to the centre but they haven't done anything and incase they do not provide u the same, u can send a mail that u are going to consumer forum they will return ASAP for them.
