Printing in order

Every time i print something that has quite a lot of pages the pages don't come out in order they are coming out backwards and i am forever sorting them out by hand. Is there any way i can change the setting so when i print, it automatically comes out in order?

The setting is in you printer settings. Right click your printer and go to properties. This will bring up your settings. Look in printer preferences. Change it to reverse order.

You can also adjust the amount of ink that you use. If the things that you are printing are just for you change the setting to draft and look at the page and if you can read it, you will save on ink.

Cant find instructions to print off how to use in English

Using a printer even basic printer is extremely easy to do. There are many different models of printers out there. You have your very basic to your all-in-one printer. The printer with everything on it works pretty much just like the regular printer you just have a lot more buttons to push.
Make sure that your printer is hooked up properly before using it. If this is a brand new printer then it will go through a check and print out a test page for you. A lot of different times you can just turn it on, you will hear the ink moving around. Something might come up on the computer telling you that the printer is on and working properly.
Open the page you want to print. If you are on the Internet and want to print something from there. All you have to do is go up to file, then down to page set up. This will give you more printing options to choose from. When you are done setting up the page you can verify you have the right printer hooked up by clicking on "Printer" at the bottom. Once everything looks good click on "OK" and now your page should print out.
Open up a ".doc" file if that is where your page is that you need to print. When you are ready to print go up to "File" and "Print Setup". Again you can choose how you want your page to look, and check and make sure the right printer is installed. If your page is set up the way you like it you can just click on the printer icon on the tool bar or go to "File" then "Print."
Using a printer a lot over time will start to wear down your ink supply. Some models of printers let you know when your ink supply is getting low. If you have an older printer you will just have to go by what the printed page looks like. If it is very worn and faded then it is time to install a new ink cartridge.Go to this site www.knox.edu.com and www.openprinting.org

I have the zebra lp 2844 i'm trying to print from ebay everything is working ecept when i print the label only two line print. i did a test page and it comes out fine i have calibrated the printer and...

Check that your printer setup software is "setup" correctly (AKA printer properties in "control panel" or "devices & printers").

Look at the "label size" and orientation (portrait or landscape) in the printer setup, that may be wrong and cutting off the rest of the printout. If you indicate more printer buffer size that what there is, that to might cause problems.

Other things to check for: Do you have the correct print driver for your OS?

Make sure you have the correct printer selected in Ebay. I don't use Ebay to print labels out with my thermal printer, but I use paypal and I believe they are very similar if not the same. Also, in paypal anyways, you have to have the correct run-time version of JAVA installed in order for it to work properly. Don't know about ebay, but that might be something to look into.

When I print a one page document, tray 1 prints on multiple papers at a time. 1 page prints on 5 pages.

If you don't have a manual, you can find one here

My guess is either on the printer or the driver. Skimming the manual, it doesn't seem that you can set the default number of pages printed per sent print job on the printer, but that is something I would look into. This is a nice office printer, perhaps the printer is set to print multiple copies of everything it is sent. You could determine if it is the printer or driver/computer by printing to it from another computer.

If it is the computer, go into the control panel and select the properties for this printer. In there, check if the number of copies is improperly set to 5. This would happen for every print job sent from this system.

Does it print 5 copies of documents sent from different programs (i.e. Web Page, Word, Excel)? Quite possibly, one time you set it to print 5 copies and that application retained that as default. In that application, rather than clicking "print" click "printer setup" and look through the settings to see if it is requesting multiple copies.

I am 95% sure one of these three solutions will solve your problem.

Brother printer taking too long to eject a printout

I'm not sure I understand your question. It sounds to me like the printer is working properly. An inkjet will spit a text only page out faster than a page with graphic data on it.

Ink Jets print the images in a "Swath" pattern. This is what gives the page the step motion on exiting a printer.

Now laser printers, since they are intelligent printers, will build an image and then transfer the image, fuse the image and eject the page in one smooth operation.

But lasers would require a "Print Page" command from the datastream to force the page ejection or trying to print outside of the no print area on the page.

For example a PCL 5e datastream would issue a hex 0x0C command to eject the page.

PostScript wouold issue a "Showpage" command.

Printing backwards mid-job?

the ram in your kyocera is going bad... there is also the possibility (if you have an internal hard drive) that your internal hard drive needs to be reformatted... consult a service tech in your area...

thehre is also the off chance that its a power problem... get a good power conditioner or surge protector and see if that helps before calling the tech...
