The windows boot file has been, corrupted. Your best bet is to take it to a technician and he/she can either try to repair windows or try to recover your information and then perform a fresh install of your windows operating system. If it is in warranty then present to the problem to the seller. This error may have occoured due to faulty or failed hardware and if so the seller may replace or repair it.
