Right click 'my computer' Click 'manage' On the right side click 'device manager' On the left side click the '+' sign beside 'sounds, video and game controlers'. Right click each 'audio item' and click 'update driver' (do this one by one until you  have audio)
You don't need your product number to update drivers, however you well need it to activate windows, call the company or person you bought it from and ask them for the product number. If that fails than call 1 800 R U LEGIT, that is the number for microsoft product licencing and they can definetly help you with the product number.
