Question about Haier Mechanical Air Conditioner HWF05XC7
Doesn't drain, and sounds like fan is smacking a puddle all the time. I have tilted it more and more to try to help the problem, but how far must I go. It's already tilted as far if not farther than all my previous A/C's.
I drilled two 1/8" holes in the back outside corners on the bottom, about 1/2" in from the back. It's safe and you do not hit any inside parts doing this. It allows the water to drain and solves the problem.

There should be a rubber plug on the right hand side from the outside 2 black round " corks" if you see them remove them and your problem should be solved
