Abit IC7 motherboard

Just shipped refurbished CPU to my Mom. Worked fine here, but now after shipping it is not. we re attached fans & it was making short beeping alarm sounds then immediately shutting down. Then we took out & re installed memory sticks. now it makes 2 long tones and it shuts down. Any ideas what's not attached now, or whatever that problem is? I can't find a guide for the motherboard that deciphers the beeping sounds. (& no I don't have the user manual anymore)

I have the same problem.

I didn't find a IC7 only IC7-MAX3

- about the beep sequense you got 2 long tones are you sure about that?

I didn't find a solution to 2 long tones / beeps - not even on the user manual.
