Unplug your machine, restart it and try to calibrate it one more time. I had to do this with mine and it did take more than one try to get it to recalibrate again.

yes you must read the instruction manual for software calibration.
or open the hood motor, and read the instruction attached.
or you must call to York supply for customer service and ask them where is located in case that you will not find them.

Call Treadmill Doctor at 800-750-4766 and they will walk you thru the install.

adjust the speed sensor a) test it b) clean it c) tight the plug or connector very well, see the diagram attached.
2) lube the elevation motor , shaft, and gear. and test it for open or defective motor see the diagram attached.
Again RUN the s. calibration for easy diagnose, troubleshooting, and fix it.
