Question about Creative Labs Zen Micro MP3 Player
It looks like you need to restore the firmware on this players. There is a firmware utility. http://us.creative.com/local/1/firmware/zenmicro/eula.asp. Sometimes though the creative player will not even be recognized by the firmware utility. Listen to the player and make sure the hard drive spins. If it does you can send it to a Creative Zen Repair service. They will take the hard drive out and write the firmware directly to the hard drive to get you up and running again.

Go into device manager in control panel in add/remove hardware and find the usb port its plugged into and uninstall then reinstall the driver.
