Hello. a friend gave me a symbol mc35 and a gift but didnt tell me the code to unlock the phone. if you know can u please tell me so i can use the phone.. thanks mr. ahmik bryant.

Press the power button and the button above together and hold down. At the same time put the stylus into the reset hole. The screen will go blank and then press the volume up button when prompted. Hope this helps
It is easier to call your friend that gave it to you & get the password from him.
Hard Reset - This will reload the entire phone from ROM and delete ALL data.
1. Start with the Motorola Q powered off, then power the device on.
2. At the startup screen, hold down the center button on the navigation pad for 5 seconds until you get a Master Reset? prompt. Then select Yes.
