You probably have a virus, its probably directing you to a different site,it hijacked your browser....
you can download a program called malwarebytes or try that www.malwarebytes.com
run a virus check with that program
next you could try to reset your browser to the one you want.... open browser Tools... Internet Options....in the General Tab under home page make sure its the site you want to open up to is listed if not add it there then apply
