Open Question

I have a P6TD Deluxe and I can't find the cmos battery. I've been looking for 15 minutes. I'm thinking there isn't one. I want to replace it because my time is off. Any ideas?

Yeah dump the netbook and buy a real laptop. They are nothing but problems.

Need to reset CMOS setup utility in Advanced Bios Features to original sequence for a Gateway SX2800-01. Having so many problems; got recovery disks but it isn't reading properly to boot up

If iy remove the cmos battery off of the motherboard and leave it off for about 30 minutes it should reset back to factory defaults. To get to The Cmos Battery simply unplug your computer and take off the side cover. Once you can see inside look for what looks like a big button battery (watch Battery). Remove it and leave it out. Once the 30 minutes has passed put it back in a plug in the computer. All things should be good to go at this point.

When mains power cord is removed from psu, and reconnected, cmos data is lost, and bios reverts back to 2002, nott current date, all drive boot order info lost,

There is a small battery on the motherboard that needs to be replaced.

Unplug pc and remove side cover of case.Remove battery and replace with a new one.

These batterys can be bought at a cvs or k mart or any place you normally get batterys.

I jus bought a P6TD Deluxe, everything was fine, but when i tried to test the speaker using the back audio jack, its doesnt came out any sound. i tried to switch it to the front audio jack. its work...

I suggest downloading the full user manual here there will be a certain way the Motherboard will have to be set up with jumper pins normally. Its also possible maybe you can only get the front or the rear. If youre still unsure i'll read the maunal myself and let you know.

I cant reset the bios password on a fujitsu lifebook n6410

You can find bios clear jumper on motherbord most of it is near cmos cell.
Put it to 2-3 position then power up then again put it in original position 1-2
then check.
Also you can reset all settings with pull out cmos cell for 15 minutes then it not need password.
Try again.
If you need more assistanse let me know.
