    Thanks for your response!!

This is an error message for empty waste toner.

    Entering the program mode:
    1) enter 71 by using the numeral keys
    2) hold the clear stop key until dot (.) appears in the top left corner of the copy counter and then release it.
    3) press the clear stop key again and then press the lighter key . number (5) will blink in the copy counter to show that u are in the service mode.
    E 70 RESET:
type 83 press the auto image density key then press 1
then press the auto image density key again .
To leave the service mode open and close the front cover or turn the main switch off and on.

If the problem still persists, you need to call a tech on site.

Let me know,if needed further assistance.

    Hope i helped you.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Savin c3224

This typically happens when trying to copy currency & certain other sensitive docs on all color Ricoh devices. This includes Savin, Lanier & Gestetner. It may work if you reduce the image enough.

My Savin SDC 103 has an SC-172 call service error. The copier was given to me, it only has 7800 copies on it. The error showed up after they moved it.

That code is related to the scanner unit.
Probably after they move the machine the lamp went out of position.
I advise you to see the all scanner; Lamp, Mirrors, White plate...

Copystar cs1510 showing error e70 please help

The E70 its a troubleshooting original placement and memory errors:
1. Remove originals and replace them in the original table when the "E70" or "E71" errors display.
2. Remove originals placed on the original tray and allow the copy job from the plate to complete when the "E72" error displays.
3. Remove originals remaining in the original table when the "E90" error displays, indicating that the memory is full. Press the button with a "%" sign on it, labeled recall, to print the copies of the originals that have already been scanned. When printing completes, place the remaining originals back into the original tray and press "Start" to continue copying.

Hope helps.
