You need to buy genuine cartridges. Take them back to the dealers and demand genuine cartridges that is if you did not force the cartridges into the slots. If you are printing blank sheets then change toner cartridges.

My hp photosmart 5514 won't print. I put in new ink-black and color- and it goes through the motions, but the page is empty


I just had this exact problem on my HP 5514. Black won't print after running out of black ink. New cartridge no good.
I tried everything-no good. I suspected the pinholes in the printhead were clogged with dried ink because I didn't change cartridge in time.
The fix that worked perfectly was when I hacksaw top off old black cartridge & removed all foam wicks so now I had a funnel(can see clear thru). I installed the cartridge & filled it with alcohol, printed page & did head clean; then printed few more pages. Problem cleared almost immediately. I then soaked up extra alcohol inside cartridge with paper towel. Removed modified cartridge & installed good one. I guess this could be done for colors as well. I don't know if this is a proper procedure, but it sure worked well for me.

Canon GP200 Digital imaging system copier No error messages posted - but nothing is printing - copier goes through all motions and page comes out blank.


This is going to be an issue with the developer unit not touching the drum unit check that it is in place correctly. the other issue is to check if the scan lamp is coming on

I cannot ge t the Kodak ESP all in one, to print and the red lights go on when I turn it on.....


This printer uses independent print head technology. It sounds like the print head is bad. Does it go through the motions like it's printing but nothing comes out (except blank paper)?

If so, then there are only two reasons. You're out of ink - which would be easy to find out or your print head is bad.

Select ALL IN ONE printers then PRINT QUALITY.

Once you're done with the troubleshooter, it will take you to a form to get your print head replaced. If it's still under the warranty it should be easy and free.
