Question about Relisys RTL1720 17 in. LCD Television

1 Answer

Relisys RLT17AP15 Hello, Any idea where I may download the user manual for this model....just need the know how to get PIP with computer and TV. It's a pity that Relisys has gone under as the build quality of these machines is very good and I'm sure that they'd supply a user/instruction manual if they were still opperating. Thanks for your time, Kim.

Extract from the manual
Set up PIP function
(must be in VGA mode to activate PIP set up)
20" LCD TV only
If the signal source is VGA
Select the PIP size
Select the Video source
Select the audio source as video or VGA mode
H controls the horizontal size in the second window
V controls the vertical size in the second window
Hope this helps

Does my vizio e series a-1 Tv have pip?

Hi
You do not give your exact model number so I couldn't look at the specific manual/users guide. I did look at one of the e-series guides and there was no mention of PIP (I presumed Picture in Picture and searched for several variations with no success). However if you go to the web page below, you will be able to find your exact model and then download the precise user guide and check it for PIP.

I have lost the users manual for my Ferguson TV model F1905LVD

Hello and thank you for choosing FixYa for your technical support needs.

As you have probably discovered for yourself already, electronic copies of the User Manuals for certain specific models of the more obscure brands of televisions are not always available online.

As such I have not yet found a manual specific to that exact model of Ferguson TV. However, most of the other models of Ferguson TVs which are supported share a common User's Manual. This indicates that the programming instructions for all Ferguson TVs are either identical or similar enough that the one manual is adequate to cover them all.

Here is a link to an online electronic copy of a common User's Manual for Ferguson TVs:

http://www.ukfree.tv/retune/Ferguson20FTV32DFW620IB20Final.pdf

To view the User's Manual with Operating Instructions just use your mouse to click on the link, which is the underlined and highlighted text just above. This will open a new web browser page automatically for you and allow you to view the information at the website indicated and the contents of the User's Manual.

You may need ADOBE READER installed on your computer to read PDF documents.
You can download this free at WWW.ADOBE.COM if necessary.
Click on the DOWNLOAD ADOBE READER button on right side of the ADOBE home page when you get there, then follow the onscreen instructions to install the software on your computer.

Please COMMENT back here to this page if you have any details to add, have any questions, have difficulty accessing the links, or just require further general assistance and I will respond as soon as I see it.

I hope that was helpful to you, good luck and take care.

Joe.

Do I have to have the original remote to get the PIP (I'm assuming this means picture in picture)?

PIP is indeed Picture In Picture.

You may be able to activate it through the MENU button on the tv itself. You could check this by looking in your USER'S MANUAL. You can probably download a copy if you lost your original, just go to the TV manufacturer's website (www.sony.com if the tv was a sony) and go to the SUPPORT or DOWNLOADS page and type in your tv's model number, then click on DOWNLOAD ENGLISH MANUAL.

Otherwise you will have to get a UNIVERSAL REMOTE, probably one of the fancier (read more expensive) ones with more buttons / options. No more than $30 I would think for a good ONE FOR ALL brand universal remote or something similar.

Good luck and please comment back if this was helpful.

Where can I get a free digital user guide for a Relisys LV87e television?

If you were to log on to the manufacturer's web site, I think you will be pleasantly surprised as usually one is able to download, by model number, Customer Instruction Manuals, list of Dealers for spare part supplies and Driver downloads as required.

Just Google the manufacturer's name and follow the links. Make certain you are directed to the manufacturer's web site as some search engines direct you to other sites and they charge for the information that is normally free of charge.

I hope this helps.

Cannot get pip function to work. i try to select pip and it says not available, but in my manual it says it is available. its really weird. it is even listed on my remote, but does not work when i push it....

Some models of the TV have PIP as an option, but not installed, and to make it cheaper, they use the same remote and menus, just disable the option, as it's not supported. Best to check the Manufacturer's website to make sure that it does do PIP, not that a related model which has the same user manual does PIP.

I just purchased a vizio lcd model sv470xvt1a

go to parental setting and switch it to No Parent Lock.

The parential unlock code = 0000 by default.

After you unlock the option for PIP becomes enabled and you can enjoy it :)

Read the user manual that came with the TV buddy , it has all that details. I had same problem hence I know

It has one of the biggest and best user guide in television market that I know have.
