the lid on my mp620 does not open all the way, and I can not find any buttons inside the printer.

the printer you used in your demonstration does not look like my printer.

Oh.. so sorry, it's my mistake, I should have given you detailed instructions. I though that you will be understand and follow the instructions (video). Well the procedure is more or less similar, the only difference is the Printer's model :

    • With the printer power turned off, while pressing the Resume/Cancel button, press and hold the Power button.

    • (Do not release the buttons. The Power LED lights in green to indicate that a function is selectable.)

    • While holding the Power button, release the Resume/Cancel button. (Do not release the Power button.)

    • While holding the Power button, press the Resume/Cancel button 2 times, and then release both the Power and

    • Resume/Cancel buttons. (Each time the Resume/Cancel button is pressed, the Alarm and Power LEDs light

    • alternately, Alarm in orange and Power in green, starting with Alarm LED.)

    • When the Power LED lights in green, press the Resume/Cancel button the specified number of time(s)according to the function listed in the table below. (Each time the Resume/Cancel button is pressed, the Alarm and Power LEDs light alternately, Alarm in orange and Power in green, starting with Alarm LED.)

(It's helpful if you can at least.. somehow open up the front access door, but if you can't do that, never mind)

(The main function keys are Resume button and Power button)

Or you can also try the following:

    • Power off the printer

    • Unplug the printer's power cord, wait 5 seconds then replug the power cord in.

    • Hold the Power button for 6 Beeps (ignore if there's not even beeps after the power button is held down for 10 seconds)

    • Release the Power Button

Let me know if the problem persists.

Error B200

Hello and Welcome to FixYa!

According to Canon's documentation, Error B200 is simply listed as a printer error (not very descriptive). It is likely a hardware fault on a board, a physical hardware malfunction.

To solve it:
Turn off the machine, and unplug the power cord of the machine from the power supply. Again connect it and turn on.

If you find my solution helpful for you the your Rating as FIVE STARS will be esteemed.

WHAT IS THE PROBLEM WHEN APPEARS ERROR B200?

The error B200 refers to an overheat error of the printhead. however the head usually damages the logic board and both require replacing as a pair. Sorry but probably not an economical repair and a replacement machine is better.
