It sounds like you have damaged one of the heads. It will need to be replaced. The heads come in a set of three and you will find them for model 8894XL at shaveroutlet.com. See link below

I just purchased a Panasonic Arc IV nanotech wet/dry shaver. I've been using it in the shower, and it's very effective. However, I'm wondering if I'm using it correctly. The shaver's manual says it should...

You did not include the specific model number written on your shaver but I will try to address your questions the best I can without it.
Most likely, your shaver came with a cleaning station and charging station. The cleaning light would tell you it is time to use the cleaning station. After each shave, you should dump out the shavings and rinse under the tap. You should let the shaver dry without the cap on.

I just dropped my razor and now it is louder than before, what can i do to make it more quiet?

You probably damaged one of the heads when you dropped it and this is likely the reason for the noise. Assuming that your shaver is like the one pictured here, remove the head by pulling it straight up and off of the shaver as seen below.

Then tun on the shaver. If is is quiet without the heads on then you can assume the heads are the problem and should replace them. You will find replacements at shaveroutlet.com. Heads for the shaver picture you selected are linked below

I dropped the razor and the 3 heads fell off, nothing is broken, but I can't figure out how to put it back together Help!

all you have to do is put them back in there place you should have two legs that spring out from the blades align them with the 2 holes on the shaver and push them in

Cannot put new HQ 5 Norelco replacement shaving heads in shaver

Any way, the HQ5 head must fit in the 3 heads but will leave 2 of your HQ 5 heads free. But still the game can go on, wel u have to adjust some things in life.

Head of philips norelco speed xl fell apart.

Same thing happened to my father's shaver. After working on it for about 30 mins, this is how I fixed it. You need to start with the top silver piece/cover. Turn it over so you see inside of it. Drop the 3 screens into the holes upside down (so they face out). You need to rotate the screens until they sit as low as possible. Now drop in the 3 blades, again sharp side down. There should be a triangular piece with 3 circles attached to it. One side is gray, and the other side has a black triangular piece. If you look closely each leg of the black piece has a tiny picture of a lock and an arrow. Rotate the black piece in the opposite direction of the arrow. Place the gray side down lining it up with the three blades. Now rotate the black piece, it will lock into position, and hold the blades in place! Finally, the silver head has a little hinge on one side. This hinge is flexiable. Bend it to a 90 degree angle, and slip it into the notch on the top part of the main body of the shaver. Close the head part, in my father's shaver I had to press a lever in the front to snap it into place.

Hope this helps!
