Hi the following should tell you all the info about the controller

Directions for Accessing and Setting G3 Series Digital Controllers

The current set value will begin flashing after a few moments

2) Second, increase or decrease the temperature value by using the up or down icons

3) Lastly, press set to confirm the new value

Manually Setting Defrost

Instructions for manually setting automatic defrost

1) Press down the snowflake icon for more than three seconds

2) The refrigeration unit will immediately begin cycling to quickly reach the desired

Menu: Go to CC (continuous cycle duration) and enter a value. The value entered will

be the amount of time (in hours) the Compressor will run continuously to pull the

temperature down. Note: Flash Cooling may go below the temperature set point.

Eg. CC = 2 = 2 hours of Flash Cooling/Freezing.

I just had a representative from the Geek Squad set up my Epson WorkForce 633 Fax/Printer/Copier. The time that we set up is not what I wanted. I want a 12 hour set up, and I need to reset the clock on...

Below you will find the instructions straight out of the manual. I have also put a link to the whole searchable HTML manual at the bottom of this post Enter the Date and Time Before setting the date and time, you should select the appropriate Daylight Saving Time setting for your region. This setting lets you easily set the clock one hour ahead or one hour back when the time change takes place. 1. Press the fax.6.7.1.jpg Setup button. 2. Select Printer Setup. You see this screen: fax.6.7.2.jpg 3. Select Daylight Saving Time. 4. Select Summer if your region uses Daylight Saving Time and it's currently in effect. (DST is effective from spring through summer.) Otherwise select Winter to turn off the setting. Note:
When you change the setting from Winter to Summer, the clock is automatically set ahead by one hour. When you change it from Summer to Winter, the clock is set back. The setting is not automatic; you need to change it each season. 5. Select Date/Time. You see this screen: fax.6.7.3.jpg 6. Select the date format. You see this screen: fax.6.7.4.jpg 7. Use the numeric keypad to change the date, then press OK. fax.6.7.5.jpg 8. Select the time format. fax.6.7.6.jpg 9. Use the numeric keypad to change the time, then press OK. 10. Press fax.6.7.7.jpg Back until you return to the home screen. Epson Work Force 633 Manual Hope this helps. Zeppelinx12

NEC TV - How to change language of menu

I just bought an NEC FS-5160 from a local opportunity store last Friday (July 2, 2010) with the same problem. After a few minutes of fiddling I found the solution:

1. Press 'Menu' button. You will see 'Menu' written in Russian. To the right you will see a number '1' above the the word 'TV' or 'Video'. This is 'Menu 1' or screen 1.

2. Press ONLY the 'Menu' button and the arrow on the left will scroll down. On the fourth press the '1' referred to above will change to a '2' for 'Menu 2' or screen 2.

3. Continue to slowly press the 'Menu' button until 'Memu 3' or screen 3 appears.

4. Press the 'Menu' button twice more and then use the first channel changing button to change the language from Russian to English.
