Question about Washing Machines
I had a similar problem, and the culprit was a bleach cap paper liner trapped in the inplet hose. It would work every so often, and then cause a major leak. What was happening was the paper would turn every so often allowing proper flow. This went on for a few weeks. My first thought was way too much bubbles caused by a large amountof detergent, this problem can be seen in dishwashers; that was not it. I even attempted to force a hanger through/down the water path to see if anything was in the way. Similar to clearing a vaccuum line. This did not work. It wasn't until my husband removed the hose that we could see the paper trapped inside.
